<p>These are just some of the little things that Craig shared  that will help you burn fat and change your body…</p>
<p>1) Switch from  processed carbs to fruits and vegetables as your main source of  carbohydrates.</p>
<p>2) Increase the intensity of your fat burning workouts by  getting rid of boring cardio while adding interval training.</p>
<p>3) Switch  from high reps to lower reps.</p>
<p>4) Eliminate the isolation exercises and  use total-body, multi- muscle movements.</p>
<p>5) Remove all crunches and  situps from your program and spend that time on intervals and total body  exercises instead.</p>
<p>6) Change your workouts frequently.</p>

<p>A great routine involves regular cardio training. If you want to really kick it up a notch you should try interval cardio training. This can help cut your cardio workouts in half when done properly! So how much cardio is needed to keep weight off in the long term? Ideally 20-30 minute sessions 3-5 times a week will help keep the weight off. Regular cardio will also help sculpt and tone your entire body! Simple jogging or power walking alone does wonders for your entire lower body.</p>
<p>To help stimulate the upper body whilst walking you can do power walking with arm movements. To build and define your chest you can do push-ups in the comfort of your own home. Three sets of 15 push-ups daily is more than enough to get a defined chest. You will also want to work your abs. After you’ve lost enough surface belly fat you should focus on strategic ab training. Start by performing 50 basic crunches and 50 leg raises to work the lower abs. Next you will want to work the oblique ab area. You can begin with 50 basic oblique crunches on each side for a total of 200 sit-ups daily. You only need to do this 3-5 times a week to really see definition in your ab region.</p>
<p>Muscle building will also become an integral part of your workout routine. Since muscle weighs more than fat it will be in your best interest to build lean muscle mass if you want to combat weight gain. If you don’t have enough time to make it to the gym you should invest in a home gym unit. A highly recommended machine is the Total Gym. You might have seen it advertised on late-night television. It’s a really excellent machine for toning up the body and losing weight. Best of all it’s really easy and actually fun to do the exercises!</p>

<p>Of all of the different weight loss exercise programs that I have researched, high-intensity interval training, or HIIT is one of the most effective that is available.  This particular type of exercise is more intense than regular cardiovascular or weight training exercises and it is done in intervals, hence the name.  There are so many different ways that you can do HIIT so you can easily fit it into any schedule or any different exercise routine.  For example, if you lift weights a couple of days out of the week and then spend the rest of your days doing cardiovascular exercise, you can easily incorporate interval training into the mix.</p>
<p>Not only is high-intensity interval training going to help you to lose weight quickly, it is one of the best weight loss exercise programs that also helps you to maintain your muscle mass.  Through research, it has been discovered that prolonged cardiovascular exercise tears down the muscle tissue to a certain extent and is counterproductive as far as keeping lean body mass.  Yes, it is much better than not doing any exercise at all but by switching to high-intensity interval training, you can get all the benefits of cardiovascular exercise and maintain your muscle mass at the same time.</p>
