This training program is basically for people who’re too busy to hit the gym on a regular basis. The program’s designer Chris Lopez also invites people who’re frustrated with their failure in fat loss workout programs.

It is a program targeted for both males and females – with different workout routines though. With Chris Lopez, you’ll discover efficient ways to burn down your fats. One of the best parts of this workout program is that there’s only one instrument involved here – kettlebells. So you won’t be burdened with those costly, awkward home gyms.

There’s no involvement of contraptions or cardio machines and there’s no need to hit a stinky, unclean, high-priced mega-gym – at least that’s how Chris puts it. Chris is here to help you save fortunes on exercise equipments that sometimes make your home look like cluttered mess of machines, benches or balls/dumbbells.

Actually, Chris Lopez does seem to have a point here. Who ever liked to stay at the waiting list to put his hands on the ‘public’ cardio equipments? On the other hand, a Kettlebell lets you tune your body, while burning your belly fat, and fast increasing your overall vigor and fitness.

For most of the people who tired such workout routines, dramatic boost in self-confidence was a common consequence. And you know what? An average busy person won’t need to work out more than 125 minutes/week.

In his workout program website, Chris mentions other benefits such as the convenience of using a piece of equipment that takes less space and fits just about anywhere in your home or living room. In addition there’s no question of assembling or disassembling the parts.

To make the impacts even more viable, Chris brings in, or should I say merges, another widely credible and reputed home based workout routine – Turbulence Training! That is how you get the combined effect of two highly effective original workout programs titled as- Turbulence Training Kettlebell Revolution Workout System.

But how did the two apparently different mode of workout system come together? Actually, Craig did not merge his fat burning system with Chris’s system because his Turbulence Training was any less efficient. The two systems joined forces to allow users to enjoy both the effectiveness in fat loss as well as the convenience of using only 1 piece of equipment.

Kettlebell is century old body training equipment. Chris Lopez’s system tells you how to mesh your own bodyweight with the weight of the kettlebell to lose your body fat in a balanced way.

Are you carrying a few extra pounds that you want to get rid of? Are your clothes fitting a little bit tighter than usual? Perhaps you have been indulging in fine foods lately or have been traveling more than usual and have not been able to manage your eating habits well while on the road. No matter what the reason for wanting to shed a few pounds you will want to do some research to find the best weight loss workouts. You can go to your local fitness center where they probably have personal trainers on staff to advise you on what weight loss workouts will work for your situation.

Depending on your beginning level of fitness, the workouts recommended will vary greatly. In choosing weight loss workouts you need to keep in mind that different exercises work different muscle groups and usually come in two categories of low impact or high impact weight loss workouts. If you are a bit older and have issues with arthritis you will no doubt be looking for low or zero impact weight loss workouts. Examples of low or zero impact workouts include cycles on the treadmill, Nordic trainers, recumbent bikes, or elliptical machines. Other examples include water aerobics and other forms of aquatic exercise including swimming. Any weight loss workouts in the pool are considered zero impact and are recommended for anyone who have joint or arthritis issues. The water also tends to decrease the chance of inflammation and swelling with exercise.

Using a variety of fitness machines – treadmills, stationary and recumbent bikes, ellipticals and Nordic trainers allow the user to program any number of workouts from very simple flat course trips to elaborate mountain treks on some of the higher end stationary bikes. LifeCycle makes models that come with a video screen that gives you the illusion you are racing in the Tour de France. Gone are the days where you spend a half hour on the bike sweating staring at the walls.

In our local YMCA’s fitness club they have all of the machines in rows with sign up sheets and included in your membership is time with a personal trainer to assess your condition and to recommend the proper weight loss workouts to achieve your weight loss goals. They have placed several TV screens on the one wall with a different FM station to tune to for sound. That way you can pick from sports, news and entertainment to watch and listen during you weight loss workouts on the machines.

He continually sends out personal emails to encourage each person that has joined his Turbulence Training group.

He also personally responds to you when you ask a question in the forum.

His personal customer service is a huge factor in my success with his fitness program

Craig’s recent email to me shared some great tips to help with losing weight and getting fit faster!

These are just some of the little things that Craig shared that will help you burn fat and change your body…

1) Switch from processed carbs to fruits and vegetables as your main source of carbohydrates.

2) Increase the intensity of your fat burning workouts by getting rid of boring cardio while adding interval training.

3) Switch from high reps to lower reps.

4) Eliminate the isolation exercises and use total-body, multi- muscle movements.

5) Remove all crunches and situps from your program and spend that time on intervals and total body exercises instead.

6) Change your workouts frequently.

7) Get social support on your fat loss journey rather than trying to do this solo. This is the most UNDER-RATED little change you can make in your life that will help you lose more fat. Powerful stuff.

And there’s no better fat loss social support than all the positive energy you’ll find on the TT Member’s forum.

Put those little steps into place and you’ll make giant leaps in your progress, IMHO.

I recently conducted an interview with Fat Loss expert Alwyn Cosgrove about a very cool fat loss project that he and nutrition expert Mike Roussell have been working on for the last year. Alwyn told me in that interview that they have come up with a system that will show people how to lose 21 pounds in 28 days. At first, I was skeptical, but as the interview continued, I started to see the possibilities and by the end of the interview, I was convinced.

When I received a copy of Warp Speed Fat Loss, I was blown away by the workouts and the nutritional information that were provided. It is an extremely detailed system of workouts with pictures and descriptions as well as more nutritional information than you would ever expect from an internet product. Mike goes above and beyond by providing detailed daily diets for each weight group you might fall under. It doesn’t get any easier than that. Look up your weight category, follow the diet, perform the workouts and watch your fat fall off your body. But the real magic of this program is that it is the first of its kind designed to help people take fat off and take it off fast!! 21 pounds in just 28 days.

Mike and Alwyn have come up with one of the best and most revolutionary fat loss products ever made. The claims are awesome and the case studies have lived up to the claims.

This system is extreme. The workouts are tough, but get results. The diets are awesome and allow you to eat well, and not lose muscle or feel like crap from lack of calories.

If you need to get slim for summer, or lose fat fast for any other reason, this is probably the best system and program you will ever find.

I am going to use it myself to trim down over the next few months.

21 pounds in 28 days!! If you need to lose fat, you cannot look past this system. If you want to check it out, click here, read the ad copy and try it for yourself.

You don’t need to do a million situps, take pills or purchase crazy devices. This is a 180-page long book, which makes it one of the most extensive guides on abs exercises on-line that I have ever seen!

The first chapters of the book are more like an introduction, covering all the basics and what you should expect from a fitness program. If this is your first program I recommend you don’t skip this part because it may prove very important. After the introduction, author David Grisaffi talks about the myths of stomach exercises (we covered some of them here) and more theory. So, if you have tried other programs and know the basics you might want to start reading since chapter 4.

What I like about this book is that it gives you test to assess your actual fitness condition, a very important aspect towards determining the best workout plan. The meat of the book are the following chapters where the abs and core exercises are explained with over 50 cool photographs of each exercise. The pics are very nice and let you see the proper form to execute the movements.

After the exercises, Firm & Flatten your Abs talks about nutrition and the top 15 secrets to flatten your abs. But having read other books like “The Truth About Six Pack Abs” I can tell that this section is not as well developed. The diet is not varied, and variation plays an important role. However the diet works if you are up to it.

Then the book finishes, and I have to say this is a good book for people on all fitness levels, specially if you have back pain problems. These exercises work all the core area (back included) so you’ll be more fit for all physical activity. But keep in mind that this extensive program is not so simple. It can be used as a start, but then if you want to see real results prepare to spend time and effort.

This is the best Abs program I have seen. Here’s their website for additional information.

When starting a workout routine it’s always difficult to decide which plan is right for you. Well look no further because in this short guide we’ll take a look at all the effective, strategic workout routines you can begin implementing today!

<div style=”display:block;float:right; margin: 5px 5px 5px 5px;”>

The best workout routine for beginners is by far walking or jogging. If you can’t find it in yourself to jog for the entire duration of your workout then power walking is another viable, effective option. The trick here is to “walk” as fast as you safely can. By incorporating jogging simulation with your arms you will also be working the upper body to some degree. Power walking is a great way to rev up the metabolism. By simply performing 20 minutes to power walking 3-6 times a week you will greatly enhance your body! Not only will you lose weight but your body will also begin to show more tone and definition, especially in your legs!

If you really can’t dedicate 20 minutes a day to fitness then you really do not deserve a better body. In actuality this is less than 3% of your entire day! You spend more time doing useless activity daily, so if your serious about losing weight, keeping it off and staying fit you should definitely commit to a serious routine workout. Think of working out as a lifestyle instead of a “chore”. If you think of working out as a chore you will associate negative mental patterns to it. This is never a good thing.

You can also begin doing push-ups right in the comfort of your own home. Performing three sets of 15 push ups daily should be enough to help build and define your chest area. If you would rather workout at home instead of a gym, a home fitness unit such as the Total Gym can offer just the solution you need! This home gym unit is a great workout device for beginners. You can work your chest, abs, legs, arms, virtually any part of your body! It is truly an ingenious workout device.

An added benefit is the Pilates feature. With this machine you can safely and effectively stretch all your muscles. This is great for back pain sufferers. Sit-ups are also great for beginners. You can begin with 50 basic crunches then 50 leg raises to work the lower abs. Finish off with 50 basic oblique crunches on each side and you have a total ab workout! The workout routines for beginners described in this article will help you build the body you’ve always dreamed of! The key to success is consistency!

The big day is almost near. You want to look your best but you don’t know where to begin! Look no further because in this article we’ll uncover a strategic wedding workout plan for looking your best on your big day! One major concern for many brides to be include losing weight. You will not want to get a wedding dress that is unflattering, so it makes sense that weightloss will be a number one priority. But where does one begin? You can start by doing interval cardio training 4-5 times a week for 20-30 minutes each session.

<div style=”display:block;float:right; margin: 5px 5px 5px 5px;”>

A complete wedding workout should incorporate both proper exercise and healthy eating. You will need to stay motivated throughout the course of your fitness regime as this will be critical to looking your best on your wedding. Realize that now is the time to make change happen. As Elvis said, “it’s now or never!”

Interval cardio training works by helping to safely “tweak” your metabolism to burn calories more efficiently. You start by doing a 5-minute warmup. Then kick it up a notch as hard as you safely can for 1-2 minutes. After this is done you go back down to normal pacing for another 1-2 minutes. Rinse and repeat for the remainder of the workout. That’s it!

For optimal results you should begin this wedding workout regimen as early as 6 months prior to your wedding date. Not only will you look your best in wedding pictures, you’ll also become irresistible to your future spouse! This is great news for the marriage itself.

You will want to focus on healthy eating habits also. Healthy eating can have a profound effect not only on your waistline but also on your skin! Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables will really make your skin glow in radiance. To get a nice full body tone on your wedding date you can also incorporate light weight training every other day.

When starting a new fitness regime it’s always important to choose effective workout routines for reaching your desired goals. What is it you want to achieve? A firmer midsection, six pack abs, a stronger chest or perhaps sexier legs? Getting you body in optimal shape is a whole lot easier than one may have previously thought.

<div style=”display:block;float:right; margin: 5px 5px 5px 5px;”>

A great routine involves regular cardio training. If you want to really kick it up a notch you should try interval cardio training. This can help cut your cardio workouts in half when done properly! So how much cardio is needed to keep weight off in the long term? Ideally 20-30 minute sessions 3-5 times a week will help keep the weight off. Regular cardio will also help sculpt and tone your entire body! Simple jogging or power walking alone does wonders for your entire lower body.

To help stimulate the upper body whilst walking you can do power walking with arm movements. To build and define your chest you can do push-ups in the comfort of your own home. Three sets of 15 push-ups daily is more than enough to get a defined chest. You will also want to work your abs. After you’ve lost enough surface belly fat you should focus on strategic ab training. Start by performing 50 basic crunches and 50 leg raises to work the lower abs. Next you will want to work the oblique ab area. You can begin with 50 basic oblique crunches on each side for a total of 200 sit-ups daily. You only need to do this 3-5 times a week to really see definition in your ab region.

Muscle building will also become an integral part of your workout routine. Since muscle weighs more than fat it will be in your best interest to build lean muscle mass if you want to combat weight gain. If you don’t have enough time to make it to the gym you should invest in a home gym unit. A highly recommended machine is the Total Gym. You might have seen it advertised on late-night television. It’s a really excellent machine for toning up the body and losing weight. Best of all it’s really easy and actually fun to do the exercises!

The machine also doubles as a Pilates device so you will also be doing your limbs a favor by properly stretching. If you are really serious about getting the best body ever you should really begin performing effective workout routines!

Swimming can be an excellent way to get in shape. Swim workouts provide a great, non-impact method for stretching also. Best of all, swimming is unlike any other workout. You will not feel like you are actually working out. The following easy swim workouts are recommended for beginners and intermediate swimmers alike. Swimming is a great way to get in shape, even if you are immobile and not able to perform high intensity workouts. The fluid range of motion of the water provides for an incredibly safe workout.

<div style=”display:block;float:right; margin: 5px 5px 5px 5px;”>

These workouts range from 400m to 1200m in length. After some time you might even be able to tackle the 2000m! Please bear in mind that these workouts are not supposed to replace a professional coach or fitness instructor but should only serve as a guide to easy swim workouts for beginners.

Swimming three times a week is a great way to get familiar with the workouts. A beginner will typically find impressive results when they swim three to four times a week. Let’s take a look at the terms involved when performing easy swim workouts:

Right arm: This is where you use your right arm only. You can use a buoy while you extend and stroke with your right arm
Left arm: You use the buoy to keep your right arm extended and in front of you while extending and stroking strictly with your left arm.
Pull: Using a standard buoy, you can focus on stroke and body position. A buoy will also help you maintain horizontal posture in the water
Catch up: With the pull buoy you practice left and right arm strokes while one arm rests on the buoy
Kick: This can be performed with or without fins. A flutter board can also be useful in kicking.

And now on the exercises! You can perform endurance, form and speed swim exercises. A typical 400m endurance exercise involves a 4×25 warm up and a main set drill of 2×25 pull ladder. A cool down session of 3×25 is also recommended. With form exercises you can perform 4×25 for the warm up. For the main set drill you can perform 2×25 right arm, 2×25 left arm, 2×25 kick, 2×25 pull and 2×25 catch up. A cool down of 2×25 is recommended

For a speed exercise you can perform the same basic warm up and a main set of 8×25 hard sets with long recovery. After your done a 4×25 cool down session is recommended.

You would probably be surprised with the number of people that are out there who would like to lose a little bit of weight. Even people that we consider to be relatively trim and fit often look at themselves with different eyes. The difficult part about this is that to be consistent on a diet and exercise regime may be difficult, especially if we don’t have the willpower to stick with it. For this reason, many people like to challenge themselves in one way or another, especially in a group session. This leads us to ask the question, are weight loss challenges a good thing?

<div style=”display:block;float:right; margin: 5px 5px 5px 5px;”>

The fact of the matter is, joining a weight loss challenge can help to jumpstart your weight loss efforts but it may not be something that can be used for the long term. After all, the challenge is eventually going to end and you are going to be left on your own, needing to decide if you are going to continue with your weight loss efforts or not. The good part about the challenge is that you may be encouraged enough by the initial weight loss that you achieve that you can stick with it and to continue to reach your fitness goals.

There are plenty of different weight loss challenges that you can join. Some of them are specifically about losing weight while others have a lot to do with getting healthy or fit in some other way. For example, some fitness clubs have these challenges on a regular basis in order to pull in new members. Although it can be a little bit expensive for you to join one of these challenges, you might be surprised with exactly how well they work for you. As long as you stick with it, it can be very encouraging for you to lose weight this way in a group effort.

So, are weight loss challenges a good thing? Yes, they are an excellent way for you to begin your weight loss efforts but you are going to need to be determined to stick with it for the long term. After all, nobody is going to be able to lose the weight for you and it is going to take some time for you to be able to take it off. If you’re able to stick with the challenge long enough to see results, however, it can prove to you that it is something that can be done for the rest of your life.
