Fast weight loss workout routines for the busy professional
 

Today’s busy professional is constantly trying to squeeze more work out of the day. If you didn’t work over the weekend one of your colleagues probably did and you have work piled up first thing Monday morning. Or if you work for an international company, someone has probably emailed from thousands of miles away during the night.

For most that means less or no time for workouts. This is one of the reasons for American’s growing waist lines and growing health issues.

However the truth is people could be a lot more efficient with their weight loss workouts. You don’t have to go to the gym for 90 or 60 minutes to get meaningful results. While it’s great to go to the gym for a longer workout, use these ideas as ways to compliment your gym days without completely missing a workout day.

First try to modify your daily commute. Jump off the bus or train a few stops early and power walk for fifteen minutes to the office.

Skip the elevator and take the stairs. In fact while you’re at it, get out of your office and walk to someone’s office instead of calling them on the phone.

Try to organize ‘walking meetings’. If a meeting can be conducted while walking, do it.

Bring set of light dumbbells to work. Periodically do a few sets of curls while you are on the phone or reading emails.

There are dozens of these simple activity replacement workouts that you can invent. The key is making your workout a priority along with your other daily responsibilities. If you make it a priority you will find a way to get it done in less time. Remember it is just like your professional job responsibilities.

While these ideas individual don’t equal your normal workout, it will start to add up if you consistently employ this strategy without require significant time out of your busy schedule.
